Smart Queue provides queue management tools for businesses, including token creation, live queue tracking, estimated wait times, public join links, and WhatsApp-based queue communication.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, business workspace, login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Business and Customer Data
Businesses are responsible for entering accurate queue, customer, and contact information. You must only use customer information for legitimate queue management and customer communication purposes.
5. WhatsApp Messaging
WhatsApp messages are used to help customers join queues, receive token updates, view live tracking links, and receive service completion notifications. Delivery may depend on third-party WhatsApp and network availability.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, send abusive or unlawful messages, interfere with the service, or use the platform for illegal activities.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Smart Queue reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be affected by maintenance, hosting providers, internet issues, database providers, or WhatsApp service availability.
8. Payments and Plans
Plan limits and subscription features may change over time. Online payments are not enabled until official payment activation is announced inside the product or on the pricing page.
9. Limitation of Liability
Smart Queue is provided to support queue operations. We are not responsible for business losses, missed appointments, delayed service, message delivery failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
